JSA's Online Contracting Portal
On JSA's contracting portal, you will be able to appoint with multiple carriers and products with a few simple clicks. The process is simple, but if you run into any issues during the registration process or any of the initial setup, please review the following information for assistance:
HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED:
- Your resident state's insurance license number and social security number
- PDF of your current Errors & Omissions insurance
- Scanned or PDF copy of a voided check
In order to utilize JSA's contracting portal you are required to register as a New User for the very first time, even if you may have utilized SuranceBay/SureLC in the past. Furthermore, you will need to access the SuranceBay program through JSA's Get Contracted Page for any additional carriers you wish to add in the future. If you do not see the numbers 638 at the end of the URL for this program, you will need to return to this page to re-access the contracting portal.
